Angie’s opened at 1739 W. Glendale Avenue in Phoenix, bringing its restaurant count to 24, according to the Phoenix Business Journal. The company plans to reach 70 locations by the end of 2028.
The Glendale Avenue restaurant opened October 20 with a drive-thru, walk-up ordering, and an indoor dining room.
The opening follows the nine-store Arizona expansion What Now Phoenix covered in August. Seven additional restaurants are now expected to open through the remainder of 2026 and early 2027, including locations in Maricopa, Mesa, Phoenix, Queen Creek, and Amherst, New York.
Cofounder Tony Christofellis told the publication that the company expects to open about 11 restaurants this year and has another 16 planned for 2027. Angie’s already operates in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
Its menu is growing, too. Pizza is the latest addition to an offering that has expanded from lobster rolls to salads, protein bowls, burgers, burritos, falafel, and quesadillas.
Christofellis and his wife, Roushan, previously co-founded Salad and Go. At Angie’s, they have built a supply network that includes a north Phoenix distribution center for beverages and sauces, a chicken-processing facility in Chandler, and a company-operated trucking fleet.
Christofellis told the Business Journal he is seeking a Series A investment to support further expansion. The company has raised $50 million from investors over the past five years, alongside his own investment.
