Vanilla Espresso French Cafe, a French-style cafe serving coffee, pastries, breakfast, and lunch, is working on opening a new location in Hialeah at 7450 W 4 Ave, Suite 101.
The company recently submitted documents to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation to open a new location in the Amelia District, a vibrant mixed-use and suburban neighborhood. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, the Hialeah cafe will join the brand’s existing locations in Miami Lakes and Miramar. Customers can expect a menu featuring espresso drinks, freshly baked pastries, breakfast dishes, and lunch options.
Vanilla Espresso French Cafe was founded to create a neighborhood cafe where customers can enjoy quality coffee and freshly prepared meals, according to the company’s website. The concept takes inspiration from French cafe culture, combining traditional French dishes with familiar cafe favorites.
Breakfast options include French toast, crepes, eggs Benedict, quiches, breakfast sandwiches, and avocado toast. The cafe also serves croissants in sweet and savory varieties, along with breakfast combinations that include yogurt parfaits and pastries.
The lunch menu features sandwiches, salads, soups, and main dishes such as escargot, salmon filo croute, and magret de canard. Customers can also find desserts such as macarons, éclairs, crème brûlée, and fruit tarts, alongside specialty drinks including the crème brûlée latte and matcha latte.
The new Hialeah location will add to the company’s South Florida presence, which currently includes its Miami Lakes cafe at 16395 NW 67 Ave and its Miramar location at 11679 City Hall Promenade.
