Joe & The Juice is preparing to bring its Scandinavian-inspired café concept to Dallas’ West Village, with a new location registered at 3699 McKinney Ave., Suite 50. A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) identifies Nathaniel Lindley as the tenant for the proposed restaurant, which will occupy an existing space within the West Village development.
The filing lists a $550,000 renovation and alteration project covering approximately 2,531 square feet. Work is scheduled to begin February 8, 2027, with completion of construction targeted for May 18, 2027. The scope includes new interior walls, ceilings, restroom facilities and finishes, alongside food-service equipment and associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.
Founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2002, Joe & The Juice has built its identity around freshly prepared juices, specialty coffee and made-to-order sandwiches. The company’s official website describes its offering as a combination of fresh food and drinks designed for customers looking for convenient meals without compromising on flavor.
The menu features a selection of toasted sandwiches, including the brand’s popular Tunacado, made with tuna mousse, avocado, tomato and pesto. Other offerings include chicken and prosciutto sandwiches, salads, breakfast bowls and acai bowls. The company’s online menu also highlights freshly prepared juices, protein shakes and smoothies, giving the concept a broad selection of grab-and-go food and beverages.
Coffee is another part of the offering, with espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages complementing the juice and food menu. According to the company’s website, customers can also order through its mobile app for pickup, making convenience a central part of the café experience.
West Village, the mixed-use destination along McKinney Avenue, describes its tenant mix as a collection of boutique retailers, dining concepts, fitness businesses and residential offerings. The new restaurant will join the development’s established retail and dining environment.
The Copenhagen-born brand has built its appeal around more than its food and beverage menu, combining an energetic café atmosphere with an emphasis on freshly prepared products and convenient service. Its blend of juices, coffee, sandwiches and lighter meal options gives it a position that bridges the traditional coffee shop and fast-casual restaurant categories. The West Village location will bring that format to another Dallas dining destination, adding an internationally established café concept to McKinney Avenue.
