Located at 7967 113th St. N. in Seminole, Sportsman’s Warehouse is saying goodbye early next year. The store, which sells outdoor recreation gear, apparel, and other sporting equipment, will close its doors in January.

Replacing it, according to coverage by St. Pete Rising, is a new Nordstrom Rack store.

“Nordstrom Rack is the off-price division of Nordstrom, offering… advertised discounts of up to 70%,” the coverage says. “Its stores carry many of the same brands sold at Nordstrom, with merchandise sourced from the company’s full-line stores and website as well as items purchased specifically for the Rack.”

Nordstrom Rack carries apparel for women, men, and children, along with shoes, bags, accessories, and home items.

“Welcome to Nordstrom Rack,” says the Nordstrom Rack website. “We’re all about delivering great brands at great prices—up to 70% off great-looking clothes, shoes and accessories, plus awesome décor for your home. Also awesome: 90% of the brands offered at Rack are the very same brands you’ll find at Nordstrom—with new trends, styles and staples delivered weekly.”

Replacing Sportsman’s Warehouse in the Seminole City Center retail center, Nordstrom Rack will join retailers like Bealls, HomeGoods, Shoe Station, and Ulta Beauty.
