A store selling items from different eras of history is under construction downtown.

From a recent permit filing, The Black Rabbit Antique Market is coming to Frisco at 8760 7th Street. This is right in the downtown’s historic Rail District. Right now, an opening date has not been announced.

“We are looking for vendors who have antiques and vintage treasures – timeless pieces with history and character. If it’s old, original, and full of stories, we want it in our market,” says the description on their website.

From recent posts, the owner Tim Halter will be selling nic-nacs like pottery bowls, furniture, woven items and artwork. The page describes the products sold as “timeless finds.” Prices for the items haven’t yet been released.

The storefront is on the east side of 7th Street, sharing the building with Apple Blvd Boutique. This is also across from Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen. Main Street is just a block south of the building.

As it gets closer to the opening date, more information will be released by Halter on the business’ Instagram @blackrabbitantiques.
