According to a recent permit filing, Starbucks is opening a new location at 0 Hilliard Rome Road in Prairie Township. What Now Columbus reached out to the Seattle-based coffee chain for details on the anticipated opening date, but didn’t receive a response.
The new Starbucks will be located near U.S. Route 40, in Prairie Township. This area has plenty of drive-thru fast food and fast casual chain restaurants including Wendy’s, Taco Bell and Subway, as well as other coffee chains Tim Hortons and Dunkin’ Donuts within a few minute’s drive of the new Starbucks.
According to the Starbucks website, there are currently just over 40 Starbucks throughout the Columbus area, including stand alone stores as well as kiosks found in retail stores and food courts.
