Mychel “Snoop” Dillard, the co-owner of Escobar in Castleberry Hill alongside rapper 2 Chainz, is planning Skinny’s Hot Chicken in Little Five Points.

The restaurant would replace the now-shuttered Kimi’s Bistro, at 1126 Euclid Ave NE, according to a permit application filed with the City of Atlanta.

An estimated $30,000 could be spent converting the 2,097-square-foot restaurant space, with minor work planned.

Dillard, when reached by What Now Atlanta over the phone this week, declined to comment on the plans.

While details surrounding the forthcoming concept are scarce, “Skinny’s Hot” is the name of a seasoning used at Dillard’s other restaurant Hookah Hideaway.

Dillard lists Skinny Hot Chicken on her website as one of the “serial entrepreneur’s” many businesses including Party Bus Kings, Posh Ultra Lounge, and the Girl Talk App.
