Nhan Le is moving forward with plans to open Supreme Taco on Memorial Drive.
A permit application this week was submitted to the City of Atlanta to buildout the taqueria.
The restaurant will only offer its eats “to-go” and is described in the application as a “taco stand.”
An insider close to the project confirmed the news in an email to What Now Atlanta (WNA) Thursday.
Supreme Taco will be situated near Grindhouse Killer Burgers, at 701 Memorial Drive, Suite B.
During the early stages of planning, the project was being developed under the name “Le Taqueria.”
Before landing on Supreme Taco, Le was considering “Supremo,” the restauranteur earlier this year told WNA.
An opening timeline has not been disclosed.
Le has been working on other culinary projects in the meantime.
Earlier this month he opened Ink at 8Arm, a Japanese-style kanzume bar.
In September 3Heart Roastery debuted next to Paris on Ponce.
