The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC has opened sales on its under-construction Views on Ponce residential community.

It offers 16 townhomes in The Old Fourth Ward community, at 621 North Avenue NE, starting in the $900s.

“We only have a few opportunities at The Views on Ponce,” Jeff Kingsfield, president of the Providence Group, said in a press release this week.

“Our 16 lucky buyers are going to love our home plans, complete with rooftop terraces that give expansive views of the city.”

Views on Ponce’s townhomes have open floor plans with four stories of living spaces including elevators and rooftop terraces.

Construction at Views on Ponce is well underway with the first move-in dates anticipated for late August and September.

  • FYI, the address given for this project is incorrect. The property faces onto Glen Iris Drive on its east side and Boulevard Place on its south side; there is no frontage on North Avenue. The address reported in the article – 641 North Avenue NE – is the address for the Southern Dairies complex across the street. Bizarre that they’re calling the project “Views on Ponce” since there couldn’t possibly be any views of Ponce from these townhouses; too many other buildings in the way.
