Aspire Lenox Park in Brookhaven Changes Hands

The apartment complex with hundreds of units sold for $85 million.

A multifamily real estate management company based in Austin has acquired an apartment complex in Brookhaven.

RPM Living Investments has acquired Aspire Lenox Park for $85 million, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The apartment complex was purchased from Willow Bridge Property Co.

Aspire Lenox Park, located at 1050 Lenox Park Blvd NE, has around 400 units, according to the news outlet. The multi-building apartment complex features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, business center, pet park and more.

Headquartered in Austin, RPM Living oversees more than 145,000 units across 28 states. They manage several other residential communities in Georgia, including The Atlantic, Halcyon Grand in Alpharetta, Altitude Atlanta, Ellington Midtown and more.
