SIREN is opening in Brookhaven this month, bringing a coastal seafood concept from restaurateur Michel Arnette to the neighborhood. The restaurant will be located next to Arnette’s Chop Shop.
SIREN to Open in Brookhaven

Michel Arnette’s SIREN will open in Brookhaven on August 18. The restaurant will offer a modern take on coastal dining. It will focus on fresh seafood, oysters, crudo, raw-bar selections, and wood-fired dishes.
SIREN is located at 2700 Apple Valley Road NE #65. It brings a new dining experience to the neighborhood with its wood-fired cooking and lively atmosphere. SIREN will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Arnette is also behind the hospitality group Word of Mouth Restaurants. It includes several concepts, including Arnette’s Chop Shop, Haven, Valenza, and Vero Pizzeria.
What to Expect at SIREN

SIREN will feature bold pop art installations, Tom Dixon lighting, a bubble wall, and an open kitchen with a custom wood-burning grill. The dining room will feature a warm and moody design inspired by the Mediterranean.
The restaurant is intended to feel both sophisticated and comfortable. This makes it suitable for different occasions. Guests can stop in for oysters and cocktails, enjoy a neighborhood dinner, plan a date night, or celebrate a special occasion.
SIREN’s kitchen will be led by co-executive chefs Stephen Herman and Matt Swickerath, with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
The menu will combine coastal flavors with global influences, using ingredients such as fresh vegetables, citrus, herbs, spices, and smoke. SIREN’s menu will change occasionally to reflect the availability of seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant will also have a carefully selected wine list led by sommelier Andrew LeClair. The cocktail menu will include creative drinks, spirit-forward classics, sparkling beverages, and zero-proof options.
