Local Poké House franchise owner Dean Wang is opening a second location for the brand in the Atlanta market. Wang confirmed with What Now Atlanta that he will open a new Poké House in Barrett Corners Phase III at 1185 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy NW. The space will take part of the former LA Fitness property, according to kennesaw.com.

Wang said the new Poké House will likely not open until Q4 of 2027 or Q1 of 2028.

Wang opened the first Georgia outpost for Poké House in Buckhead in early 2025. The brand, which launched in San Jose, Calif, in 2016, currently has 10 locations in California and one other out-of-state location in Portland, Oregon.

The Hawaiian-inspired menu features signature and building-your-own poke bowls, as well as house-made sauces, sushi rolls and sides such as miso soup.

“Poke House’s menu encapsulates what we firmly believe in: serving fresh food that is both sustainable and delicious,” the website states. “Our fish is sustainably sourced and our produce is delivered fresh daily from local suppliers whenever possible.”

The brand also appears to be expanding to Las Vegas, according to the Poké House website.
