Pinky Promise Champagne Bar will join Phase Two of The Interlock project in West Midtown

The AJC reported that Pinky Promise will be a 1,515-square-foot concept with a patio that will serve as a women-focused event space. It will feature live entertainment. Its menu will be French-inspired and include dishes such as caviar, smoked salmon tarts and avocado BLT croissants.

The business, Pinky Promise Bar LLC, is registered to Ann Grace Hoang and Mylinh Cao, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.

Cao declined to comment about Pinky Promise to What Now Atlanta. Cao was previously a restaurateur, according to her online bio. She opened Dua Vietnamese/Fish Bowl Poke in 2008.

A press release on Patch about Pinky Promise included a quote from “Anna Grace.”

“We really wanted to create a space that’s feminine, beautiful and women-focused,” says the press release. “It’s a place where women are celebrated and where local artists and musicians have a place to showcase their talents.”

Pinky Promise will join several tenants in Phase Two of The Interlock, including The X Pot, Starbucks, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Salon Lofts and Five Guys. There will also be a new Publix grocery store and Georgia Tech student housing.
