More dining options could be headed to an office building in Midtown.

A small food hall, a full-service restaurant and a bar are planned for 1375 Peachtree. Atlanta Business Chronicle reported the news.

The two-story project comes from Hospitality HQ, a New York-based restaurant and food hall consulting and operating group by Chef Akhtar Nawab. The company’s projects include The Great Southern Box Company Food Hall & Bar in Orlando, Monarch Market in Charlotte, and The Local Eatery & Bar in Salt Lake City.

According to the company website, the Atlanta project is “coming soon.”

1375 Peachtree is a seven-story office building in Midtown with more than 400,000 square feet of space. It is located east of Atlantic Station and north of the Woodruff Arts Center. Built in 1960, it was acquired by a Canada-based real estate company called FullG Capital in 2021.
