A popular local burger concept is beefing up its portfolio with another location.
NFA Burger is one of eight tenants joining Outfield Market, a new food hall coming to Truist Park.
The new location comes on the heels of the news that NFA Burger is planning to open a full-service restaurant in Alpharetta. The eatery with counter service, indoor and outdoor seating, a bar and a walk-up window is expected to open this spring.
NFA Burger was founded by Billy Kramer, beginning as a pop-up in 2018. NFA Burger’s popular smash burgers, fries and more can now be found in a Chevron gas station on Chamblee Dunwoody Road, where it opened in 2019. It has been dubbed “Best Burger” by several local and national publications.
NFA Burger joins a slate of other concepts joining the food hall, including Velvet Taco, Taqueria Tsunami, Pepper’s Hot Dogs, Fred’s Meat & Bread, Coop’s Wings, The Sweet Spot and Giving Kitchen.
“As we began the search for the perfect brands and foods to feature in the Outfield Market, we knew that we wanted the menu to reflect the big, bold flavors that have become synonymous with Braves Country and Atlanta in particular,” Atlanta Braves Senior VP of Operations Hannah Basinger said in a statement. “We are constantly pushing ourselves to offer the ultimate guest experience, and I am excited to introduce these new offerings to our fans to make their visit to Truist Park even more memorable this season.”
Outfield Market will feature not only signature items from these concepts, but also exclusive items only available at the ballpark. For example, NFA Burger will offer a mini version of their popular Classic Burger at the food hall.
Truist Park is home to the Atlanta Braves, who will play their home opener on April 4, 2025, against the Miami Marlins.
