Eatery files plans for Luckie-Marietta district.

Norcross, Georgia-based Waffle House, which currently has 4 locations in Downtown Atlanta, is clearly set on covering all of its bases in the neighborhood.

“], Waffle House’s Real Estate Representative, has filed plans with City of Atlanta to bring a new Waffle House outpost to 300 Marietta Street.

Atlanta’s Legacy Property Group is listed as the owner of the property. The group, which was instrumental in redeveloping the Luckie-Marietta district, also owns neighboring establishments Stats, Der Biergarten and Twin Smokers BBQ.

An estimated $280,000 will be spent to convert the 2,389 SF space.
