Fitness center files permit application for Poncey-Highland storefront.
Iron Tribe Fitness is coming soon to the Ford Factory Lofts.
The fitness center submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta late last week to open at the Poncey-Highland apartment community, at 699 Ponce de Leon Avenue.
An estimated $90,000 will be spent converting the 5,344-square-foot retail space into a fitness center.
Iron Tribe has already listed the soon-to-open Poncey-Highland location on its website.
