According to recent reporting in Community Impact, popular Belgian bar Mort Subite will be adding a Spanish culinary component to its 308 Congress Ave establishment.

Stepping up to the plate will be Austhentico, led by Luis Felez from Barcelona and Sarai Salazar from Mexico City.

Austhentico’s menu features classic Spanish dishes such croquettes, Paella and Fideau, sandwiches served on baguettes—decked with well-known Iberian cuts such as Jamon Serrano and Manchego cheese. Austhentico’s new menu will reportedly incorporate several Belgian-inspired items.

Austhentico will debut at Mort Subite sometime in June.
