According to Eater, Austin brewery St. Elmo Brewing Co. is opening its second brewery this month at 8110 Springdale Road.

“The new St. Elmo will serve up its regular lineup of beers — including its kolsch Carl — on tap and in cans for to-go orders,” the report states. “The location will also have its own exclusive beer available, Zero, a hazy IPA. Non-St. Elmo drinks include Texas wines and ciders, frozen cocktails, nonalcoholic options like its Hop Water!, and coffee from Austin cafe Spokesman (who is their neighbor down south).”

Eater adds that food will be provided by fried chicken sandwich spot Spicy Boys and taco spot Pueblo Viejo (its sixth location).

“Physically, St. Elmo Springdale is much larger than the original South Austin one, for production and visitor purposes. There are family-friendly indoor and outdoor seating areas. The former includes glass doors with views into the brewery’s beer-producing spaces,” Eater reports.
