Tortilleria Rio Grande Headed to Pflugerville

Popular Mexican establishment Tortilleria Rio Grande will build up a 907 FM 685 location in Pflugerville, according to recent public records. 

“The best corn and flour tortillas, gorditas, tacos, chips, salsas, beef and tongue barbecue, Menudo, churros, bunuelos, breakfast tacos, and more,” the official Facebook states.

Project notes outline that construction will consist of “a remodel to an existing restaurant. New Mechanical, electrical plumbing and Structural design will be provided for the restaurant. 2,404 sf.” 

Costing an estimated $129,000, the 2,404 ft 2 restaurant is expected to be completed by the end of October 2024. 

Until the Pflugerville location opens, eager readers can find the original location at 900 E Braker Ln.
