Late summer or early fall could be when Vitality Bowls opens its doors in Bee Cave. A recent Instagram post states guests can get a look at the new location at 3620 Ranch Rd. 620 S., Ste. 320 in the next few months following the space’s makeover.
Menu items at Vitality Bowls, a “Superfood Cafe,” are made fresh to order. The brand offers a variety of acai bowls including flavors such as the Beach Bowl—an organic coconut blend as the base with toppings of organic granola, strawberries, pineapple, and cacao nibs.
Savory items made with grass-fed, all-natural meats are also available. Some options include the Supergreen Goddess Salad with chicken, the Steak Wrap, and the Power Panini with a choice of chicken or veggie.
You’ll also be able to grab a smoothie including options such as Purple Passion, Pina Colada, and Matcha Madness. Cold-pressed and fresh juices are also on the menu.
Roy and Tara Gilad founded Vitality Bowls in California in 2011 to provide a healthy and safe alternative to their daughter, who had severe food allergies. They began franchising in 2014 and now have more than 100 cafes in operation or in development, according to the Vitality Bowls website. The new Bee Cave Vitality Bowls will be operated by franchisees Anshuk Saxena and Shereen Chand.
