Maple & Ash to Expand with its First Boston Location

Maple & Ash is expanding its physical footprint in the Northeast with a new opening. The restaurant is opening its doors in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood on April 30, 2026. This will be its first location in Boston, marking a new beginning for the brand.
Known for its bold, high-energy steakhouse experience, the restaurant first opened in 2015. It was founded in Chicago by Maple Hospitality Group and Chef Danny Grant. Soon, its indulgent approach and upscale dining grew its popularity among diners.
Menu Highlights

The restaurant will offer the brand’s signature “I Don’t Give a F*@K” tasting menu. The “Tower Hour” features seafood towers, serving a modern take on happy hour. The menu also offers seafood, caviar service, and steaks. A special bar menu will also be available for lounge guests in Boston.
At the core is a collection of “raw & chill” that brings sea treasures. It includes lobster caviar rolls and other seafood specialties. The menu also highlights starters like the Fork & Knife Caesar, Golden Beet & Burrata, and Wagyu Beef Carpaccio. Other standouts include dry-aged ribeye, ricotta agnolotti, and Yukon Gold Potatoes Au Gratin.
The restaurant will open Tuesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Tower Hour will be available from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. only.
Inside the Steakhouse

Located in The Superette, Maple & Ash will open in a 12,000-square-foot space. It features a dramatic interior with dark finishes, a large open kitchen, a bar, and a lounge area. There is also a second-level outdoor terrace that overlooks The Superette courtyard.
The Boston debut brings the high-energy dining experience of Maple & Ash to Boston’s Seaport. It marks a new chapter for the brand as it continues to expand into major cities.
