A new high-end Mexican restaurant and cantina will soon open in Myrtle Beach at 950 Cipriana Dr Unit B8. Nestled in the heart of Grand Dunes, in the former site of fine-dining restaurant Abundance, Cantina Imperfecto is the latest venture from the creators of nearby coastal eatery Drift. Recently renovated, the Cantina Imperfecto space now exudes a captivating, moody ambiance.

The forthcoming restaurant promises an authentic Mexican dining experience with a unique fusion of Tequila and Mezcal flavors. Anticipate a range of modern Mexican delights, including Carne Asada Fries, Quesabirria Tacos, Chipotle Shrimp, Grilled Quesadillas, and Fried Ice Cream.

Complementing the dishes are a plethora of classic and creative cocktails and mocktails, from the Mangonada and Agua De Jamaica spirit-free cocktails to the Key Lime Mimosa and Mango Margarita.

Co-owner Carlos Ramirez did not immediately respond to What Now Charleston’s request for comment, so stay tuned for grand opening day updates. In the meantime, interested parties can apply to work in the back of house, while prospective patrons can peruse the menus and follow the eatery on Facebook and Instagram.
