“Signs up, you know what that means!” said a post published to Instagram this month by Quarter French, the new restaurant from King Street Hospitality opening at 40 Broad St. “Coming soon.”
These are busy times for King Street Hospitality, headed up by Mike Shuler. What Now reported in July on plans for the opening of the company’s Stono’s Oyster Bar, opening next year. Stono’s promises to be “boater-friendly with a casual, approachable atmosphere.”
Originally planning a Spring 2026 opening, Quarter French was described by Byrd House PR as a “French-ish neighborhood bistro” in an Instagram post published back in December. It “will feature a showstopping courtyard, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a killer wine list.”
Many of the details about Quarter French are still under wraps for now. You can visit quarterfrench.com to keep up with news.
Opening at 40 Broad Street, Quarter French will join a restaurant community that includes Blind Tiger Pub, Le Chambertin, The Establishment, and Oak Steakhouse.
