A new Subway is coming to Nexton’s upcoming commercial development, Marketplace at Nexton, according to a recent Nexton.com report. The new development is situated at the intersection of Nexton Parkway and Cross Park Lane, just behind First Citizen’s Bank.
With over 14,000 square feet already leased to popular tenants like sweetFrog Frozen Yogurt, the sandwich shop will join a variety of other eateries in this vibrant community hub.
Subway boasts approximately 37,000 locations nationwide and is known for its healthier fast food options, offering a variety of subs such as the Italian B.M.T., Turkey Breast, and Veggie Delite.
Although the specific location and opening date remain unconfirmed, Marketplace at Nexton is anticipated to launch in late 2025. What Now Charleston has contacted Subway representatives for additional details and will provide updates as they become available.
