A Charlotte planning record shows the project has received approval for a commercial variance tied to the proposed 7 Brew location. The record identifies the project as HeBrews 7 Brew Coffee and includes modifications involving the Woodlawn Road frontage, entrance configuration, drive-thru stacking, and landscaping.
The approved variance calls for adjustments to the property along W Woodlawn Road, including a setback and a ground-floor entrance along Nations Crossing Road. The project also includes drive-thru stacking spaces for each lane and a landscape yard, pointing to a purpose-built format centered around quick vehicle service rather than a traditional café setup.
The new stand will bring 7 Brew’s drive-thru-focused coffee concept to the South Charlotte area. According to the company’s website, 7 Brew operates around a menu that extends beyond traditional coffee, with 7 Originals, 7 Classics, 7 Energy drinks, 7 Fizz sodas, teas, chai, matcha, lemonades, smoothies, and shakes. The brand also emphasizes customization, offering different flavors, sweetness levels, milk alternatives, toppings, drizzles, and additional espresso shots.
