Guests of the new drink spot will be saying “Cheers!” sometime next month.
Locals Tetiana Stadnyk and Alina Predolyak are getting ready to debut a new cafe and cocktail bar called Moloco Cafe. This is coming to 814 S Buffalo Grove Road at the plaza on the northwest side of the E Dundee Road intersection. Stadnyk told What Now Chicago an opening date has not yet been set but it could be sometime next month.
Both Stadnyk and Predolyak are real estate agents in the area, and have wanted to debut their own spot for a quick coffee or alcoholic beverage for a while. They just recently announced the new concept this week.
“Starting this July, you’ll be able to enjoy delicious breakfast, amazing food, incredible coffee, and a cocktail bar ready to welcome you every evening,” says the recent post on their Instagram page. A menu for the drinks and cravings will be released in the coming weeks.
Stadnyk and Predolyak are setting up the cafe at the Plaza At Buffalo Grove shopping center. It shares the building with La Presa Restaurant and The Continental Restaurant & Banquets. This is on the south end of the village.
Construction is currently underway, and the owners will be providing more updates on the opening date on the Moloco Cafe Instagram and Facebook pages.
