Minnesota based coffee chain Caribou Coffee will open a new store in Delaware, located at 1752 Columbus Pike, according to information found in a recently published article. Last spring, What Now Columbus reported on the announcement by the company that Wooster based franchise group Mike Mariola Restaurants planned to bring 60 locations to the Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton markets.

According to a Facebook announcement by the Delaware store general manager, the target grand opening date is set for May 8.  Although the exact size of the location isn’t listed on the company’s website, it does state that the Delaware store will have a drive-thru.

The drink menu features hot and iced espresso beverages and drip coffee, as well as tea and cocoa. There are also seasonal beverages like lavender infused drinks such as the lavender matcha latte and iced white mocha with lavender cold foam. In addition to selling ready made drinks, guests can also find a selection of bagged coffee beans. Food items include breakfast favorites like bagels, pastries and sandwiches like ham and cheese croissant or the turkey and provolone on an asiago bagel.
