A new chicken concept plans to open at Bobtown Plaza. According to public filings, a new project under the name Bobtown Chicken plans to open at 429 E. IH 30, Suite 10, inside Bobtown Plaza in Garland.
What Now Dallas reached out to Saied David Najafi, president of Bobtown Enterprises, the LLC listed on the Bobtown Chicken filing, to inquire about an opening timeline, but did not receive a response before publication. No additional details about the concept’s menu, ownership structure, or opening timeline have been made public.
Bobtown Enterprises is also behind a separate first-generation tenant finish-out for Bobtown Laundry, filed for 429 W. I-30 at Bobtown Crossing, just across the same stretch of highway.
Bobtown Plaza and Bobtown Crossing, located nearly across from each other, appear to be part of the same push, though it remains unclear whether Bobtown Chicken and Bobtown Laundry share ownership beyond the Bobtown Enterprises filing entity.
Garland has increasingly become a focus for new development along I-30, with the corridor drawing a mix of restaurant and retail concepts in recent months. What Now Dallas has previously covered projects in this area, including Bubba’s 33, as part of a broader wave of development bringing new restaurants and retail to the city along the same highway.
