Denver Restaurant Made it to the list of TasteTwenty Chefs

Sap Sua is a modern Vietnamese restaurant located at 2550 E Colfax Ave, Denver. The restaurant was opened in 2023, and since then, it has become a popular spot that has bagged many awards in the industry. Its founders and chefs, Anna and Ni Nguyen, also made it to the semifinals of the James Beard Award.

The James Beard Foundation announced its list of up-and-coming chefs who will represent their talent and city at Taste America 2025-26. This year, Anna and Ni Nguyen of Sap Sua are also a part of TasteTwenty, an up-and-coming chefs. So, dinner will be hosted in Denver as part of the Taste America series.
