Red Tops Rendezvous has been a concept in the works for a while now; it was initially expected to open last summer and the date has continued to get pushed back. But updates from the company show that the opening date for the restaurant, at 2917 W 25th Ave, is getting close.

While the company did not return comment about an exact date in time for publication, the business has made sure to check in constantly with patrons about what stage the restaurant is in.

“Once you get to a certain part in the process of building a restaurant, or any small business, you have to wait for certain sign-offs and the timeframe is not always in your control,” the brand posted recently

Despite delays, Red Tops Rendezvous said most of the construction has already been completed and that taste testing is underway. The company has also been hosting hiring open interviews for positions in the restaurant.

Backed by The Culinary Creative Group, a Denver hospitality company responsible for local favorites like Bar Dough and Ash’Kara, the concept will have pizza, wings, and burgers. It’s a 4,553-square-foot new build in the vibrant Jefferson Park neighborhood, with two bars, a patio, and a private dining room.
