An exciting and unique new business called HomeDog will open its doors in Denver’s Platt Park neighborhood in the spring at 1710 South Broadway, Mile High CRE reports. It will be part-coworking space/part-doggie daycare, offering a place for productivity with pups.
HomeDog describes itself as a “co-working co-playing community,” according to its website. The membership-based community is designed to provide pet parents with a space to get their work done. There will be desks, lounge seating, dog-friendly meeting booths, high-speed WiFi, printing, and scanning services.
For furry friends, the business offers professional dog daycare, a dog wash, pet supplies, and pop-up pet services such as grooming and training. And for their owners, there will be an in-house bar and coffee shop, which will serve coffee, local beer, wine, and pre-made snacks.
HomeDog’s memberships start at $95 per month, and that includes unlimited coworking access and discounts on beverages and daycare services. An Instagram post from the brand advertises that the first 100 sign-ups will receive one month of a top-tier membership at the basic membership price, with extra daycare hours and drink discounts.
