Denver’s The Fifth String is still on its way to Eudora Street.
The restaurant’s official website currently lists 1490 Eudora Street as its upcoming Denver location, with the hours marked as coming soon. No opening date has been announced as yet.
The Fifth String has previously operated in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood before moving to a temporary location on Larimer Street. The new Eudora Street location is set to become the restaurant’s next home.
The concept is led by owner and head chef Amos Watts and owner and manager Jessica McCabe, according to the restaurant’s website. Its online menu includes dinner offerings along with wine, cocktails and beer.
The restaurant’s name and concept have been associated with Watts’ chef-driven approach, with the menu featuring a mix of composed dishes alongside a focused beverage program.
A Colorado state liquor-license record also lists The Fifth String under Little Pig LLC at 1490 Eudora Street, indicating the restaurant remains tied to the location.
For now, the restaurant is keeping the timeline open. The Fifth String’s website continues to direct guests to the Eudora Street location with a simple ‘coming soon’ notice, leaving the next update to come from the restaurant.
