Rush Bowls is getting ready to add another Denver location, bringing its lineup of açai bowls, smoothies and other fresh options to South Denver.
The new location is planned for 681 E. Louisiana Avenue, where the company’s website currently lists the restaurant as ‘coming soon’. The address is also identified as an upcoming Denver-South location on the company’s careers page.
Founded in Boulder in 2004, Rush Bowls was created by Andrew Pudalov with a focus on quick, wholesome meals built around blended fruits and vegetables. The concept has since expanded into a national franchise.
At Rush Bowls, the menu centers on customizable bowls made with fruit and vegetable blends, topped with ingredients such as organic granola, honey, fresh fruit and other add-ons. The company says its bowls can contain up to five servings of fruits and vegetables, positioning them as a filling alternative to traditional fast-casual meals.
The menu also includes smoothies, along with options for ordering online, delivery and catering. Customers can customize their bowls with a range of toppings and add-ins, depending on their preferences.
The South Denver opening will add to Rush Bowls’ existing Denver footprint. The company currently lists locations in LoHi at 1665 Central Street, RiNo at 3354 Larimer Street and downtown at 1580 Blake Street.
