Popular chain L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is “coming soon” to Boulder, the brand’s website states. The concept will be taking over a space at the Crossroads Commons at 2323 30th St. Unit 2E.

The store’s arrival is a bit delayed; it was originally slated for spring. This will be the fourth location of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue in the Denver metro area.

Started in Hawaii, the company offers protein and veggie combo bowls, along with soups and Spam musubi. The chain has grown to have more than 200 locations around the United States.

This Boulder space is about 1,100 square feet and will have a small area for dining there, but will mostly be a carry-out style concept. The location is in a great, centrally-located spot, near major retailers like Target, Whole Foods, and the Twenty Ninth Street Mall.
