Quick service chain In-N-Out Burger has plans for another Colorado eatery, submitting permits for a location in Timnath. City officials are reviewing plans for the proposed site, at 4845 Weitzel St.
Records show the building is planned to be a 3,860-square-foot space that can accommodate 134 patrons in its indoor and outdoor seating. There will be 48 parking spots and space for 28 cars in its duel drive-thru lane.
In-N-Out stated the business’ hours would be from 10 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on weekends and 1 a.m. weekdays and Sundays. The brand estimates construction will last for six months.
This location, right off of I-25 in the Ladera mixed-use plaza, would be in close proximately to many other retailers, including Costco, Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, and Floor and Decor.
This sounds great as long as the roads to support it go in at the same time. This means the southern frontage road along I-25 needs to remain open or be rebuilt and CR36 bridged across the Poudre River to keep much of the influx of traffic off of Harmony.
