Quick service chain In-N-Out Burger has plans for another Colorado eatery, submitting permits for a location in Timnath. City officials are reviewing plans for the proposed site, at 4845 Weitzel St.

Records show the building is planned to be a 3,860-square-foot space that can accommodate 134 patrons in its indoor and outdoor seating. There will be 48 parking spots and space for 28 cars in its duel drive-thru lane.

In-N-Out stated the business’ hours would be from 10 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on weekends and 1 a.m. weekdays and Sundays. The brand estimates construction will last for six months.

This location, right off of I-25 in the Ladera mixed-use plaza, would be in close proximately to many other retailers, including Costco, Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, and Floor and Decor.

  • This sounds great as long as the roads to support it go in at the same time. This means the southern frontage road along I-25 needs to remain open or be rebuilt and CR36 bridged across the Poudre River to keep much of the influx of traffic off of Harmony.
