La Vie En Rose will be opening its doors at RiNo in September, offering champagne, French cocktails, and small dishes from the space formerly occupied by Noble Riot.

The upcoming bar will be owned by the same people who own Nocturne Jazz & Supper Club next door, Scott and Nicole Mattson according to Westword. La Vie En Rose confirmed on its website that ‘A little sip of Paris awaits, arriving in summer 2026’.

Champagne will play an important role in La Vie En Rose’s offerings, with more than 120 bottles of champagne and glasses of wine planned for the bar’s menu.

The cocktail menu will focus on French spirits, including cognac and Armagnac, with drinks inspired by French poems, stories and places.

Food will include a selection of small plates and hors d’oeuvres designed to pair with the drinks. The menu will feature items such as steak tartare, savory petit fours, a grand gougère with Mornay sauce and popcorn fried chicken.

The space is also getting a major makeover. Designed with Kevin Nguyen of Regular Architecture, the interior will take an Art Nouveau-inspired approach, with plush seating, velvet curtains and a curved bar built around a Champagne bowl.
