The Arvada location of Texas Roadhouse is getting an upgrade, with the business planning to relocate to a brand-new build in the same parking lot. The current address is 5515 Vance Street, and the company wants to move to the southwestern corner of the center.

Records show that a Planning Commission Public Hearing regarding the matter is set for September 19. A more detailed timeline for the project will be available after that point.

The project narrative from the developer states that the goal is to build a “a full-service Texas Roadhouse restaurant with outdoor dining, approximately 9,214 SF plus approximately 696 SF outdoor dining patio.” It will be a two-story property at the intersection of Olde Wadsworth Boulevard and West 55th Avenue.

Texas Roadhouse to did respond to What Now Denver to provide comment on the reason for the relocation. Construction Journal estimated that the project is estimated to cost about $4 million.
