Bubble Bath Car Wash is planned for the Santa Fe Drive and Mineral Avenue corridor in Littleton, where a major infrastructure project is paving the way for new commercial development.

The car wash is among the first businesses planned for the area, alongside Black Rock Coffee, Chipotle, Valvoline and the 1st Street Farms project, according to NakedDenver. QuikTrip acquired Bubble Bath Car Wash in 2023, adding the car wash brand to its growing portfolio.

The development is tied to the City of Littleton’s ongoing improvements at the Santa Fe Drive and Mineral Avenue intersection. The project includes a new quadrant roadway, roundabout, widened roads, updated traffic signals, drainage and utility upgrades, as well as safer connections for pedestrians and cyclists.

The project has reached the 25% completion milestone. Once complete, the redesigned intersection is expected to improve traffic flow while creating the infrastructure needed to support future commercial growth along the corridor.

Construction on the approximately $21.4 million transportation project is expected to continue through fall 2027.
