Parker’s Kitchen plans to open its first Florida store in late October 2026 at 75970 William Burgess Blvd. in Yulee, near Interstate 95 and State Road 200, according to a company announcement.
The Yulee menu will include breakfast biscuits, a spicy chicken sandwich, and hand-breaded chicken tenders. Fuel, fountain drinks, and the chain’s Chewy Ice are also planned.
Yulee is the start of a larger Florida rollout. Parker’s Kitchen expects work to be underway at six Florida sites in the first quarter of 2027 and aims to have 12 stores open in the state by the end of that year. One of those planned locations is a truck stop, the company says.
“Entering Florida represents an important step in Parker’s Kitchen’s long-term growth strategy,” said Parker’s Kitchen CEO John Rudolfs in the announcement. “As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’re continuing to build on a strong foundation by expanding into markets where we see meaningful opportunities for growth. North Florida is a natural extension of our footprint, and we look forward to introducing Parker’s Kitchen to a new group of customers while delivering the quality, service and value that have driven our success for five decades.”
Greg Parker founded the company in Midway, Georgia, in 1976. Headquartered in Savannah, Parker’s Kitchen now operates 111 stores in Georgia and South Carolina.
