888 Sushi & Robata is embarking on an expansion into Spring Mountain. According to a Clark County permit, the new 888 Sushi and Robata is expected to open at 5865 Spring Mountain Rd, Ste. 140.
This will be owner Patrick Jung’s third restaurant on Spring Mountain Road, and he plans to open the new 888 Sushi and Robata this summer.
“Patrick has successfully operated several restaurants in Las Vegas, including Gangnam Asian BBQ Dining and the 888 Restaurant Group, establishing himself as one of the leading figures in the Asian-style BBQ restaurant industry in the city,” Brian Lee, who works with the owner, said.
What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Jung, who confirmed the opening and expressed excitement about the expansion. Unfortunately, Jung was unable to share more by the time of this publication.

The brand has continued to expand its reach across the Valley since opening. According to an Instagram reel on the brand’s page, 888 Sushi and Robata opened its fourth location last year.
