Blvd Bar BQ & Wings has already left its mark on the Las Vegas Strip; now it’s planning to bring its good eats to Spring Valley. According to a Clark County permit, the Blvd Bar BQ and Wings is expected to open inside the Rainbow Sunset Pavilion at 6435 S Rainbow Blvd, Ste. 102.
The Shearer Restaurant Group Inc., owner of 313 BBQ and Wings, is behind the opening. Steve Shearer and his sons own and operate the Valley eateries. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Shearer, who confirmed a summer opening. Unfortunately, Shearer was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
“At Blvd Bar BQ & Wings, we believe in the power of good food to bring people together,” the Blvd Bar BQ and Wings website reads.
“Our journey began with a simple desire to share our love for authentic barbecue with the community. Our menu is a testament to this dedication, featuring mouthwatering ribs, tender brisket, succulent pulled pork, and an array of homemade sides crafted with care. Every dish is infused with the unmistakable aroma and bold flavors that define true barbecue.”
Blvd Bar BQ and Wings first opened in early 2024. It quickly expanded to a larger, open-glass location inside the Fashion Show Mall on South Las Vegas Boulevard in 2025. Not long after, 313 BBQ and Wings closed. But more was to come from the Shearers. The plan was to open a Blvd Bar BQ and Wings location in Henderson. The brand landed a hot spot at Alliant Stadium and continues to grow today.
“But Blvd Bar BQ & Wings is more than just a barbecue joint – it’s a gathering place where friends and families come to unwind, indulge, and create lasting memories,” the Blvd Bar BQ and Wings website reads.
“From mouthwatering ribs and brisket to sizzling sausages and savory pulled pork, our BBQ joint brings you a heap of dishes made with the freshest ingredients and time-honored recipes that’ll leave your taste buds dancing with joy. Come on down and get a taste of true Vegas hospitality.”
Blvd Bar BQ and Wings is anticipated to open inside the Rainbow Sunset Pavilion at 6435 S Rainbow Blvd, Ste. 102, this summer.
