Villa’s Tacos Crosses State for Las Vegas Debut

Villa’s Tacos will start welcoming guests at 11 am on the opening day. The restaurant will open inside the Eat Your Heart Out food hall at Durango Casino & Resort, in the former Fiorella space.

The grand opening will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by live mariachi performances from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. Early Guests will also enjoy special opening day promotions, including a Villas Trio plate for the first 100 visitors.

The taqueria was founded by Chef and Owner Victor Villa, who started it out of the front yard of his grandmother’s house in Highland Park. It has since been one of the most popular taco spots in Southern California. It is listed as a “Bib Gourmand” for its quality food and value in the Michelin Guide.

David Horn, vice president and general manager of Durango Casino & Resort, said Villa’s Tacos will add a new dining option to the resort’s Eat Your Heart Out food hall. “Victor and his team have built something truly special, and we’re proud to bring their acclaimed tacos, genuine hospitality, and vibrant spirit to Eat Your Heart Out,” added Horn.

Victor Villa said, “We can’t wait to fire up the grill at Durango and share the flavors, traditions, and hospitality that started with our family in Highland Park.”
