With more than 550 locations nationwide, Florida-based brunch franchise First Watch is an American breakfast and lunch favorite, especially in the Midwest and the southeastern states. As the brand continues to grow in popularity, it’s now moving into the state of Nevada, where it will make its debut with not one but two new locations in the valley this year.
First Watch is known for a constantly revolving menu that changes with the seasons.
“Our chef-driven menu rotates five times per year,” a representative told What Now on Monday. “All items are made to order in a kitchen without microwaves, heat lamps or deep fryers – and with ingredients and flavors that follow the sun, wherever and whenever they are in season. We brew our own socially responsible Project Sunrise coffee, sourced from a unique partnership we maintain with female coffee farmers based in the Huila region of Colombia.”
First Watch’s first Nevada location will open in North Las Vegas this July in a space that comprises 4,000 square feet with 144 seats inside and 60 more in an outside covered patio.
The second location will open in Henderson, at 10415 South Eastern Ave, in a 3,700-square-foot space featuring 132 indoor seats and 48 in a covered patio area.
Both locations feature indoor bars.
“First Watch is the leading Daytime Dining concept serving made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch using fresh ingredients,” say materials provided by the First Watch representative. “A recipient of hundreds of local ‘Best Breakfast’ and ‘Best Brunch’ accolades, First Watch’s chef-driven menu rotates five times a year and includes elevated executions of classic favorites alongside specialties such as its Quinoa Power Bowl, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Chickichanga, Morning Meditation fresh juice and signature Million Dollar Bacon.”
