Serving both Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Fluff Ice is “The Original Taiwanese Shaved Ice Truck.” The brand has been continuously building its following, and it now appears the brand may be planning its first move into the brick-and-mortar space. Business licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County shows Fluff Ice opening at 3310 S Nellis Blvd, Unit 30.

Fluff Ice offers a build-your-own approach to shaved ice bowls, allowing guests to make their own combinations of flavors and toppings. There is also a selection of tantalizing Signature Combinations, including Mango Madness (mango fluff, fresh sliced mango, mango jelly), Candy Factory (strawberry fluff, gummy bears, sprinkles) Chocolate Crunch (chocolate fluff, Oreo cookie chunks), and The Classic (original milk fluff, fresh sliced mangos, fresh cut strawberries).

What Now reached out to Fluff Ice Co-Founder and President Nicholas Huang on Tuesday to inquire about plans for a move into brick-and-mortar by the shaved ice brand. Huang was not immediately available for comment.

The South Nellis Boulevard location is part of a retail center on the southeast corner of East Desert Inn Road, which is home to a variety of local businesses, including pizza restaurant J.J.’s Pizza.
