GiroGrano Pizza Rodizio is set to bring something fresh to the Las Vegas Strip. According to a press release from the Miracle Mile Shops, the new all-you-can-eat Brazilian-style pizza restaurant is scheduled to open in the Miracle Mile Shops within Planet Hollywood at 3663 S Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 181, this fall.
Jovani Gava, who is also the owner of the Brazilian steakhouse chain Galpao Gaucho, is at the helm of the new concept set to open on the Las Vegas Strip this fall. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Gava to find out more about the concept and upcoming opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“GiroGrano brings together Italian craft and Brazilian warmth to create a whole new way of enjoying pizza,” the GiroGrano Pizza Rodizio website reads.
“Here, every slice arrives in rounds — fresh, endless and full of flavor. It’s more than a meal: it’s a shared experience, a moment to celebrate, a table that never stops. GiroGrano Pizza Rodizio. Where the flavor spins and the good times keep coming.”
The new restaurant will offer all-you-can-eat pizza with around 40 flavors, including a selection of savory and sweet pizzas. Pizza offerings include shrimp, margherita, beef stroganoff, grape, strawberry, and so much more.
“Freshly prepared and perfect for sharing,” the brand’s website reads.
GiroGrano Pizza Rodizio is slated to open this fall alongside a host of other eateries and retail options in the Miracle Mile Shops, including Sourdough & Co and Perfumania.
