Savage Supper Club is already a known name in Las Vegas. The brand is known for putting on dining pop-ups at events like EDC Las Vegas. Well, now the company is embarking on opening a store that will sell hot sauce. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the plan is to open the Savage Supper Club Las Vegas outpost in the Green Valley North neighborhood of Henderson inside the Green Valley Plaza shopping center at 2764 N Green Valley Pkwy, Suite 800.

What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with co-owner and Savage Supper Club co-founder Alexander Bespalko, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Bespalko was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

“Savage Supper Club started the way all questionable-but-promising ideas should start: with an obscenely good dinner on the Las Vegas Strip. The food was so good that Al pulled the manager aside and basically said, “If you can do something like this for me every time I bring friends in, I’ll keep bringing people here until one of us retires,'” the Savage Supper Club website reads.

“They exchanged info. They kept in touch. Business happened. And somewhere between the appetizers and the financial irresponsibility of ordering too much food, the idea for Savage Supper Club was born.”

Savage Supper Club was founded in Las Vegas by Bespalko, a former semi-professional comedian, and his business partner, Emmanuel Lizama, both transplants from Upstate New York. Al spent roughly 20 years performing comedy before stepping away from the microphone. Looking for a new way to entertain and make people laugh, he began writing quirky, brutally honest restaurant reviews. The duo launched Savage Supper Club LLC to build a network of food enthusiasts and restaurant recommendations on and off the Las Vegas Strip.

Their brand focuses on reckless enthusiasm for bold flavors, hot sauce, and large, memorable dining experiences where ordering too much food is only the beginning.

“We’re building a Vegas-based food membership experience focused on exclusive dining opportunities, restaurant partnerships, bold flavors, and the belief that sometimes the correct answer to “What should we order?” is “Yes,'” the brand’s website reads.

“We’re starting with hot sauces, because apparently “let’s build a dining club” wasn’t already enough chaos.”

There is one main pop-up/traveling immersive concept called Salvage City Supper Club (originally born at EDC Las Vegas) and a couple of separate small local/private entities using the “Savage Supper Club” name. The original annual 60-minute pop-up experience was hosted inside Nomads Land at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway during Electric Daisy Carnival. Now embarking on a store that focuses on hot sauce, the brand is taking things up a notch.
