House Rules is set to debut in Las Vegas. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the adult arcade and entertainment restaurant is expected to open in the Rancho Charleston neighborhood at 3071 S Rancho Dr.

“House Rules is officially landing next to @area15official —a perfect fit for immersive energy, bold flavors, and competitive chaos,” an Instagram post from the House Rules Instagram page reads.

“Whether you’re here for the cocktails, the games, or the curated atmosphere… this is your next stop. Coming soon.”

The new spot will sit just west of the downtown area and the Las Vegas Strip. House Rules will be part of Area15’s Phase 2 expansion and will be located within the Area15 campus itself. Angelo DiNardo of the House Rule Hospitality Group shared with  What Now Houston that the plan is to open during the second half of 2026, “pending final construction, permitting, and licensing milestones.”

“House Rules is an interactive hospitality and entertainment concept featuring a scratch kitchen, craft beverages, and unique competitive social gaming experiences. The concept is designed to bring people together through shared experiences, whether for corporate events, celebrations, date nights, or casual outings with friends and family,” DiNardo said via email.

“The company currently operates its flagship location in Scottsdale, Arizona. Las Vegas will be the second House Rules location under House Rules Hospitality Group.”

House Rules originally opened as “Lane Park” in Scottsdale in 2023. The venue was rebranded and renovated in 2024 to offer a high-energy, upscale social gaming experience. Unlike a traditional arcade or bar, House Rules features an elevated scratch-kitchen menu—offering items like sliders, flatbreads, and truffle fries alongside signature cocktails, beer, and wine.
“Each attraction is designed around social interaction, friendly competition, and group engagement,” DiNardo said.

“While the final menu is still being developed, guests can expect a scratch kitchen, elevated shareable offerings, craft cocktails, local and regional beverage selections, and a food and beverage program designed to complement the social nature of the venue.”

The Las Vegas location will feature Duckpin BowlingBar-Style Ice Curling, technology-supported scoring and gameplay systems throughout the venue, and Detonante, a new proprietary game developed by House Rules. The game reimagines the traditional game of Tejo through modern technology, gameplay, and social competition.
The brand is planning a grand opening for the Las Vegas debut. More details are expected to be released as we inch closer towards opening.
“Our primary focus is delivering an exceptional experience in Scottsdale and Las Vegas. We believe the concept has significant long-term potential, but our immediate priority is successfully opening and operating the Las Vegas location,” DiNardo said.
“We hope to create a destination where locals, visitors, businesses, and community groups can gather, connect, and create memorable experiences together. House Rules is designed to be a place that brings people together through hospitality, entertainment, and shared competition.”
House Rules is anticipated to debut in the Rancho Charleston neighborhood at 3071 S Rancho Dr sometime this year.
