Lilli has zeroed in on its permanent home and is set to make its debut after a successful residency at Durango Social Club. According to a Clark County permit, the widely-buzzed-about eatery is expected to open in Las Vegas’ Chinatown at 616 Spring Mountain Road, Ste 101.
“Lilli was always intended to become a permanent restaurant,” owner and founder Chef Tyler Vorce said in an interview with What Now Las Vegas.
“The residency gave us the opportunity to introduce the concept, refine the experience, and build relationships with guests before taking the next step. Opening on Spring Mountain allows us to continue growing in one of Las Vegas’ most exciting dining neighborhoods.”
Heading to one of the city’s most dynamic dining destinations, the new eatery is slated to open within the Lotus Center in Spring Mountain.
“Spring Mountain Road felt like the right place for Lilli,” Vorce said.
“The neighborhood is home to an incredible community of independent restaurants and has become one of the city’s most respected dining destinations. We wanted to be part of that energy while creating a restaurant that adds something new to the area.”
And energy is also what Lilli will bring to the already bustling area. Centered on the finest American ingredients available each season and viewed through the lens of French technique with Mediterranean influence, Lilli will have a menu that changes each season, so every visit will be a little different.
“Guests can choose between a four-course prix fixe or seven-course tasting menu in the dining room, while The Lounge offers an à la carte menu in a more casual setting. Across every menu, the emphasis is on exceptional ingredients,” Vorce shared.
“Whether guests choose the four-course prix fixe, seven-course tasting menu, or The Lounge’s à la carte offerings, the focus is always on serving ingredients at their best.”
While the brand does not intend to have a grand opening, Lilli will have a celebration when the time is right. The team is focused on creating the best possible experience for their new and upcoming guests. Lilli is anticipated to open at 3616 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101, in Las Vegas’ Chinatown district later this summer.
