Japanese restaurant and ramen spot Enza Ramen looks to be expanding in the Las Vegas Valley. According to licensing paperwork submitted recently to the City of Las Vegas, the ramen brand—which already has one location open at 116 N Stephanie Street in Henderson—is opening a second outpost at 2250 S Rainbow Boulevard, in the retail center on the northeast corner of South Rainbow Boulevard and West Sahara Avenue.

“Welcome to Enza Ramen in Henderson, Nevada,” the brand’s website tells prospective guests. “Our menu features delicious Japanese Cuisine such as Donburi, Fried Rice, Ramen, Sushi Rolls, and more! Don’t forget to try our Jajangmen and the Pollo Ramen.”

Enza’s ramen menu features choices like the Signature Enza Ramen (Tonkotsu broth with spicy sesame miso, pork rib, soft-boiled egg, fried vegetables, green onion, black fungus, dry seaweed), Pollo Ramen (Chicken broth, chicken chashu, soybean sauce, green onion, bamboo shoots, black fungus, and soft-boiled egg), and Creamy Bulgogi Ramen.

In addition to the Henderson location and the one that appears to be headed to Rainbow and Sahara, Enza Ramen previously had a restaurant at 9540 W Russell Road—that location closed back in 2022.

Opening on the Rainbow Boulevard-Sahara Avenue intersection, the new Enza Ramen would join restaurants like Buffet@Asia and Taqueria Casa Del Sabor.

You can follow Enza Ramen’s Facebook page to keep up with “the world’s best ramen house.”
